LSIS Activation Update

Out of two hundred eighty one (281) public and private schools, at least two hundred twenty seven (227) schools have activated their Legal Services Information System (LSIS) school accounts as of date. Fifty seven (57) are still on "waiting for activation" status (not activated). 

NOT Activated PUBLIC Schools

Aguinaldo district is 100% activated. Four (4) schools in Alfonso District are not yet activated=4; Asipulo District=3; Banaue district=9; Hingyon district=1; Hungduan district=2; Kiangan district=1; Lagawe district=3; Lamut district=9; Mayoyao district is 100% activated; Tinoc district=8.

Steps to activate the LSIS account of a school

For those who have registered already follow these steps:

1.  Press CTRL+SHIFT+N simultaneously to open an incognito window.

        1.1.  At the URL of the incognito window, type gmail.com to open the sign-in page if it did not open automatically.

        1.2.  Sign-in with the SCHOOL DepEd email and the password which was emailed to the EMPLOYEE DepEd email of the one who registered online.

        1.3. Go to the inbox and find an email from "Gatekeeper" with the subject "LSIS verification..."

        1.4. Take time to read and follow the instructions on that email.

        1.5.  A link to open the activation page of the LSIS account is at the bottom of that email. Open the link to complete the registration to the LSIS website and to activate your school account.

        1.6. When the link is opened, you will be required to type a password for the LSIS account (note that the password that you will type on that activation page will be used only in opening LSIS website while the password emailed to you after the registration is for opening your email at gmail.com).

        1.7. Take time to read and follow instructions on that page until your account is activated successfully.

        1.8. After activation, you may sign-in to the LSIS site to explore its features and to update the School Profile, Case on Bullying, Case on Child Abuse (upper part of  the screen).

For those who have not yet registered follow these steps:


2.1. After registration, the SCHOOL DepEd email with new password and the next steps to follow will be emailed soon to the EMPLOYEE DepEd email of the one who registered.
