SITE CANNOT BE REACHED ERROR?

Are you experiencing such problem in opening a link or website even if you are signed-in with your DepEd email and even if you have internet access (see picture below)?

If yes, try these steps:

CAUTION: Before you do these steps, make sure that you can open your personal emails because it will erase the passwords saved previously in the browser. Your personal emails will be logged-out.

Step 1. Open a Google browser and at the upper right corner of the browser, click on the control icon pointed by the red arrow (3 dots/ellipsis).

Step 2. Click on "More Tools" option.

Step 3. Click on "Clear Browsing Data" option.

Step 4. Click on the "Time Range" dropdown list box then click "All time."

Step 5. Before clicking the "Clear Data" button, check if  the value of the dropdown list box now is "All time."

Step 6. After clicking the "Clear data" button, close your browser and re-start or turn off your computer.

Step 7. Turn on your computer if you have turned it off. Open again the same Google browser then try to open again the link or website on the same browser.

NOTE:

If "access" error appears, right-click on the link you want to open then choose "Open link in incognito window." Sign-in with your DepEd email when the sign-in page appears (you can see the sign-in text at the upper right corner). Shortcut to open an incognito window is by pressing at the same time these keys: CTRL+SHIFT+N then type gmail.com at the URL of the incognito window.
